My Week Catering Yummy Vegan Foods to 26 Goddess’

I am back from Murwillumbah, which is 20 minutes in the hinterland from Byron Bay, NSW – where I was commissioned to cater for an amazing group of  26 women on unique personal journeys of self discovery and empowerment of their beautiful goddesses within. It was such an amazing magical experience for me to be apart of. Not only did I get to nourish and educate each & every woman with my delicious vegan foods but I met the most amazing group of people. I honestly feel so blessed to have had this opportunity, throughout the week I regularly pinched myself as it felt like a dream, getting paid to cook vegan cuisine in a rainforest paradise with the most amazing, highly conscious and inspirational people. I learnt a lot about myself, in particular my adaptation skills & my multi tasking, time management and delegation skills. At one stage I was telling four people what to do in the kitchen which was a bit scary for me, but I always made things fun and enjoyable. I am not going to lie it was hard work, but as I regularly said it didn’t feel like ‘work’ to me because it is what I love – and also I have a pretty good work ethic – being queen of the big B word – BALANCE. I always made sure I had play time, which included rainforest walks, Kundalini dance classes and yoga classes with Simon Marrocco the owner of the retreat and internationally known Iyengar Yoga Master. So anyways here are a few snaps and highlights from my week…
